A non-refundable advance payment is required for our web design services. This is to ensure that our clients are committed to the project and to cover our initial costs. The advance payment will be specified in the invoice that we send to you.
3. Cooling-off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of our initial consultation during which you can cancel the project and receive a full refund of any advance payment made. After the cooling-off period, the advance payment is non-refundable.
4. Client Obligations
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for the web design project. The client must also ensure that they have the legal right to use any content provided to us. Failure to provide accurate information or to obtain necessary permissions may result in additional charges or delays to the project.
5. Project Timelines
We will provide an estimated timeline for the web design project. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to client delays, third-party services, or technical issues.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the invoice that we send to you. Payment must be made in full before the website is launched.
7. Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of any content they provide to us for the web design project. However, the client grants us a license to use the content for the purposes of the project. We retain ownership of any custom designs or code developed for the project.
8. Acceptance of Project
Once the website is delivered to the client, it is deemed accepted and approved by the client. The client cannot request a refund or cancellation of the project after acceptance and approval.
9. Limitation of Liability
We cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our web design services or website. We also cannot be held liable for any damages caused by third-party services, software, or hardware.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
